Nspired is accepting expressions of interest for an anticipated full-time Salesforce contract supporting a growing technology company.
The opportunity combines hands-on Sales Cloud support with a potential expansion into Marketing Cloud. The client is evaluating its marketing platform direction, so the scope, start date and final assignment terms are not yet confirmed. Expected focus
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, troubleshooting and business-user support
- Translate sales and marketing needs into practical, supportable configuration and delivery plans
- Support Sales Cloud processes, data quality, reporting and approved access
- Help plan and implement Marketing Cloud capabilities if the platform decision proceeds
- Coordinate data flows and integrations with technical teams and vendors
- Test and document changes, obtain approval before production release, and support users through adoption
- Explain tradeoffs clearly and escalate design, security or business-policy decisions appropriately
What you bring
- Hands-on experience personally delivering Sales Cloud administration and improvements
- Practical Marketing Cloud implementation or operational experience; explain which products and capabilities you have used
- Understanding of the business processes behind sales and marketing workflows
- Sound data, access, testing and change-management practices
- Clear communication, documentation and independent ownership
- Availability for a full-time contract commitment if the engagement proceeds
Helpful additional experience
- Sales-to-marketing data integration, campaign operations and user training
- Working with developers or vendors on designs, integrations and controlled releases
- Relevant Salesforce certifications supported by practical delivery examples
