Nspired Tech Solutions is recruiting a hands-on NetSuite administrator for a client, a fast-growing U.S. technology company. This is a front-line functional support role. You'll own the day-to-day: user issues, roles and permissions, saved searches, imports, workflow and approval troubleshooting, master-data cleanup, and clear documentation. The client's NetSuite lead stays the escalation point for design, accounting, controls, and development.
This is an execution role. If you enjoy keeping a production ERP running well for real users, and you're comfortable working within defined scope and constraints, this is for you. If your first instinct on a support ticket is to redesign the process or write a script, it isn't.
What you'll do
- Provide front-line NetSuite functional support and production administration
- Manage roles, permissions, user access, and employee/user records
- Troubleshoot transactions across Finance, AP, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Order Management
- Build and maintain saved searches, financial reports, CSV imports, and mass updates
- Configure and troubleshoot workflows and approvals, including SuiteApprovals
- Maintain master data: customer, vendor, and employee record cleanup
- Follow SOX IT change-management controls; document changes and testing
- Write clear, concise documentation of user needs, current state, decisions, configuration, and test outcomes
- Assess downstream impact, resolve within scope, and escalate design/accounting/development questions
You have
- 4+ years hands-on NetSuite functional administration in a production environment
- Direct experience with roles/permissions, saved searches, CSV imports, and SuiteApprovals
- SOX change-management experience at a publicly traded company (required)
- Working knowledge across the six modules above; strong in Finance/AP/Procurement at minimum
- Strong written documentation habits
- Responsible, validated use of generative AI tools; no confidential data in prompts
- Expected assignment eligibility: U.S. person working from inside the U.S.; final requirements will be confirmed during screening.
What this role is not: solution architecture, SuiteScript development, or implementation work. If you're positioned primarily as an architect or developer, this won't be a fit — and that's fine, we'll say so early.
Expected assignment details
- Anticipated full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
- Contract-to-hire opportunity; conversion depends on mutual fit and client needs and is not guaranteed
- Expected remote work within the U.S.; any Colorado travel requirements will be confirmed during screening
- Target start: as soon as available
- Engagement through Nspired Tech Solutions; final assignment and employment terms will be confirmed before an offer
